Very good. It might have been nice to be told it was the lovely hairdresser’s first ever official day cutting hair. He’d trained for 2 years, but was trembling a little so I asked how long he’d been cutting hair since completing his training. It was his first day and he’d cut one other person’s hair that same day. I guess it was suspiciously cheap and in fairness he did a good job. So it turned out fine. And everyone has to start somewhere. As I say, I think I’d just like to have been given a bit of notice.

First of all, l have to apologize that l was late, so that l should not complain on the service that was not fully performed.

Matteo was very polite and thoughtful. He really listened to what I wanted. He gave me a lovely short bob haircut that Toni & Guy are known for. He was v professional throughout.

I don’t know what I would do if I didn’t have my regular hair appointments at Dorchester T& G. Matt is a wizard with his scissors. I feel very relaxed and pampered at the end of my appointment. I also appreciate the efficient email appointment/reminder system you run.
