Tokyo Flash Tracking Order Status

Je possède 2 montres Tokyoflash qui sont originales et fonctionnent bien. Lorsque le bracelet de ma "kisai seven watch" s'est brisé, j'ai contacté le service après vente qui m'a fait parvenir un nouveau bracelet gratuitement bien que le délais de garantie était dépassé. Mon interlocutrice était réactive et à l'écoute. Je recommande donc cette marque pour leur créations originales et la qualité de leurs produits, même si certains prix sont assez élevés.

He comprado 4 relojes de Tokyoflash directamente en su pagina y me llegan en menos de una semana, y en cuanto a calidad del producto le doy un 9, solamente un reloj me duro poco su batería.

i was looking for a watch in a certain color, but this color was sold out! so i contacted them through their facebook, and was told that we might be able to get the color anyway. So i di what they told me to do, and within a within a week i had my watch!!! This whole process took about 8 days, and considering they were answering when i was sleeping(i live on the opposite side of the globe), i'm suprised by how fast it went. Great seevice!

I bought a Kisai XTAL watch and it is as good as expected. Excellent quality and originality of products. Fast communication. And last but not least : Delivery at the speed of light ! My youngest son, age 8, wants one XTAL as well. But he´ll have to wait a couple of years. My thanks to all at Tokyoflash
