T.M.Lewin Tracking Order Status

Very poor, non existent customer service, I ordered 6 shirts which arrived on time as usual, I checked a couple and they were fine so un wrapped all 6 and hung them to be worn when required, As a regular customer I have never had an issue before so did not expect any issues, unfortunately unbeknown to me at the time 1 of the shirts was supplied the incorrect size, I checked my order and confirmed that I had ordered the correct size and since then after 6 emails and like many other people I am unable to get a response, It would be interesting if they respond on the forum as they only seem to make responses to the comments that are positive!!!!!

Low quality high prices, used to be on point but far from the case since they gone online. No contact number to get in touch. Over all just not what it used to be and a bit disappointing to be honest

Following this review, TM Lewin have been in touch to resolve this issue. I ordered a product in December which arrived in January with damage to the packaging. As I was at work, I noticed the fabric was dusty and there was a pinhole in the product. This is unsurprisingly as the package had been poorly handled with Evri and was unaccounted for throughout the delivery due to ‘severe weather.’ When I raised the issue with Phil he explained that the issue was mine and made no apology for the delay in the package or the fact it arrived damaged. I am concerned that processes are not being followed in terms of quality assurance; within the same email I was told that the product team would investigate the product, whilst also being told that the team had assessed that a replacement item would not be possible.

Just received my order, Navy Trench coat, delivery was on time as it was mentioned. When I opened the parcel, the border of the coat was smeared with dust. I read a review before by someone, he stated the same issue as well. I had very good experience with T M lewin so far, it is first time my parcel is mishandled and now I have to get it dry cleaned before use.

I've been wearing TM Lewin shirts for many years every day. They used to be great long lasting shirts that had an amazing fit. Since their stores shut, the same sized shirts that I always bought are now tighter around the chest and shorter at length. Buttons constantly pop open due to this. To say my body has changed is a possibility, only the shirts from 4 years ago still fit perfectly. The last order I bought of white shirts were so weak at the elbows they didn't last long. I thought it was a one off and a great clothing firm like TM Lewin would have made a one off mistake. I ordered recently for the Black Friday sale and they're just smaller, tighter shirts. I will be going to the competition going forward TM Lewin. Well done
