Always go here for shirts. They’re more expensive than they used to be but quality is consistently good

I bought shirts from TM on 12 November 2023 and they were delivered by Evri the next day. Encouraged by the speed of delivery, I ordered a suit on the night of Thursday, 14 November 2023 & opted for next day delivery. On Saturday 16, November 2023 at12.16 pm, I got notification from Evri that my parcel has delayed and would be delivered the next working day. After two working days of no show, I alerted TM Lewin. TM promised to follow up with Evri & revert. TM quickly refunded the same day delivery charge for the delay. After more than a week of no delivery, I sent another mail to TM, a lady by name Mikayla responded to my email and confirmed that if I had still not received my order, then it was lost in transit. The lady went ahead to enquire whether I wanted a refund or replacement order. I opted for replacement order. Mikayla promised to get in touch with their warehouse to ensure I get a new order delivered to me. Lo and behold, the new order was delivered to me by Evri two days after Mikayla's promise. I was extremely impressed by TM's response to my delayed order. Keep it up TM. Osman

Thrilled with my experience! TM Lewin nailed it with their prompt delivery of top-notch goods. The quality of their suits exceeded my expectations, and I can't help but commend their outstanding customer service, with special kudos to Rosie, who went above and beyond.

Ordered some shirts of varying sizes and styles. Great delivery times as I got them next day. But admittedly none of them were quite right for me. I do think a bit of tweaking with the quality is needed. I have received a very prompt full refund from TMLewin which i am happy with. Shame the shirts just weren’t up to standard for me and the fit wasn’t right.

The quality of shirts has really gone downhill. won't be purchasing my shirts from here any longer. bought a bunch of twill shirts a few years back and they were great, I've gone to do the same and they are nothing like the previous shirts. They have offered me a refund, but still doesn't resolve the issue. Will investigate Charles Tyrwhitt for shirts in the future.
