Great experience, great prices at a pmt I could afford

I've used them twice and they are 2/2 dropping the ball with installation. Prices are good and tires get delivered but there is ZERO follow thru to make sure install goes smoothly. Especially via PepBoys. You will have to schedule and/or make changes to the appointment yourself and make sure PepBoys has correct install dates and install rates.

Wow. First off, tirescanner is a great way to source your next set of tires. I was looking for a niche size and no problems finding options at the most competitive price. Once the purchase was made, their customer service champions truly carried the torch: if you have the pleasure working with Blanca Iris Guzman you’ll be in great hands. Professional and super responsive throughout. What a great experience. Will be using tirescanner again for the next set of tires.

Blanca is a great asset to your company. She has wonderful customer service skills, was very thorough during the entire order and follow up letting us know tracking, etc. Blanca was a joy to speak to, patient, knowledgeable, clear instructions and so very helpful.
