So funny & different and made well.

Good sales and discounts. Fit was good, love the rainbow colors. Surprised by very warm on try on and decent initial quality. Will have to wait till next ski season for final review. But love the colors and quality on the outset.

Easy exchange for a different size. Customer service replied promptly and signed with an actual name, not just "your customer service team."

Paid $25 to have it sent overnight. Web site and confirmation email said it had "Guaranteed delivery by Tue, Apr 2" Today, the shipping tracking says "Guaranteed delivery by Wed, Apr 3" and shows that it hasn't even left the warehouse yet.. and UPS has no record of the tracking id in their system :/ Only reason I purchased it was it was "Guaranteed" to be here before we left on our trip. "Guaranteed" must mean different things than I'm used to. -edit: package did arrive today on the guaranteed date. Happy for that. From a customer experience standpoint, someone should really look in to the breakdown point in the communications and systems to better align customer expectations with actual events. Even today at 10am, until UPS send me a notification that the package was out for delivery, all of tipsyelves emails, status tracking, etc, all said it was changed to the 3rd. Even a call to customer support verified that the expected delivery date was the third (one day late). It would seem like “some” system would be able to provide accurate shipping status details to a customer inquiring. Adjusting stars up since that was my primary original complaint.

I like the design of the hoodie and runs true to size but a big problem was all the fuzz inside the hoodie gets everywhere in washer or on shirt
