Tippaws Tracking Order Status

My first order accidentally auto checked out to my old address, completely my fault and immediately tried to message to cancel/change. Unfortunately it was really early in the morning and obviously no one was in the office. The customer service person I spoke to was absolutely so helpful and literally did everything they could to help. I got sent a new order and the only one was redirected back with Royal Mail. I was really happy with the customer service and was praying my fussy cat would like the litter and thank god she does! It’s super easy to clean and I don’t feel like I'm chucking out a whole tray of litter with every wee!

I was sent an offer for Tippaws so decided to check them out. It’s good, but my goodness the tracking, it gets absolutely everywhere. I’ll admit that I do have two Persian cats, so the long coat can be problematic, but… I had previously used Worlds Best Cat Litter and only ever had a small amount left outside the litter box, but this litter just clings to them both and we’re finding it all over the house. It’s great for odour control and clumping, but sadly I won’t be signing up for a subscription.
