I had an item taken off my order with no explanation or apology which is disappointing, my score would be higher otherwise as I did like the 2 other items.

The dress I pre-ordered arrived well packaged as is exactly as described. I'm looking forward to wearing it in the summer.

Brillant customer service they noticed a flaw in the garment i had ordered and called me to see if I want the rest of my order sent or was I OK to wait as they were expecting the dress back into stock in a few days. Tilletts always go the extra mile for their customers.
