I was never notified of shipping status and had to inquire why it was taking so long -- upon asking, they finally reached out to the manufacturer and let me know of a delay. Once my order arrived, alas, I only received one of two items I ordered, and it was defective. I gave them 2/5 because I was granted a refund -- BUT this whole process and ordeal took well over 2 weeks for 2 simple items. Truly a disappointment.

I am updating my review as TigerChef contacted me to resolve the problems I was having. They refunded the money for the items which were not working for me, as well as the backordered items and I find this to be a very fair resolution. The ordering experience was simple, the products are good quality and their prices are excellent. This was, I expect, a one-off issue. No harm, no foul. I ordered the an 18"x26" sheet pan with a 25"x17" cooling rack. The rack does not fit the sheet pan. I called and was told that I could return these two items, at my expense, for a refund. The items totaled around $20 with shipping, the return shipping would be around $30+ because of the size. There was no assistance to get the correct rack for this product, just the ability to return it, again at my expense. In addition, I ordered some towels, which still haven't come, although it has been two months. Not at all happy with my experience or their responsiveness. I will not shop here again!
