TicketNetwork Tracking Order Status

UPDATE: I received a voicemail concerning a refund after they read this review. I 'should' get my money back in 3-5 business days. I still won't be using ticketnetwork in the future. I should also point out I was offered a refund back in July when I bought the tickets, minus 50% of the of the site fee. I replied that I accepted those terms but never got another correspondence other than auto-reply. In the voicemail they mentioned it was because of a change in email system provider. 6 months later here we are. Made the mistake of using this site for The Dead South on Jan 9/2023 because I got a discount code. I then checked the price on ticketmaster and the same seats were about $20 cheaper than my "discounted" tickets. I waited half a year for my tickets to be emailed to me, when they were emailed I went to transfer them to my ticketmaster account and I got an error saying they were already accepted by another email. Customer service blamed this on my WIFI and firewall but I used both my work computer and phone to to try and transfer them and got the same error. I bought some last minute tickets through ticketmaster and cut my losses.

Reva provided exceptional service with my order number 40606341. It was truly unbelievable of the interest she displayed to ensure I was a satisfied customer. She was genuinely interested in providing outstanding customer service.

I was afraid about the reviews but to be honest I had a good experience with them I received my ticket 2 days they told me 😊

Was worried with all the bad reviews but got my tickets 1 day after I ordered them! So excited to see ice cube!

My delivery date has passed. Why don't I have my tickets?
