Ticketmaster New Zealand Tracking Order Status

Two things went wrong for me for this Denzel Curry event. When the venue changed from Shed 10 to The Studio, I got an email from Ticketmaster saying the new venue, but the Ticketmaster website and app and all other emails kept saying shed 10. Then in my Ticketmaster app my event tickets disappeared. I had to click “view you tickets” in the original email to get to the website to see my tickets. I was then able to download them to my iOS wallet but that was the only way I could access the tickets. The show itself was great but these ticket and venue issues were a hassle.

Prompt refund of the ticket, even though this is not normally given. THank you!

Easy to buy tickets and kept informed regarding the event and things to do on the day eg parking etc

PMJ were fantastic. All the musicians were amazing and it was like a party from start to finish.
