TicketLiquidator Tracking Order Status

So, when I first saw the reviews here at Trustpilot about Ticket Liquidator I thought "Oh I'm liquidated"! I bought tickets for the NYC Homecoming Concert on Friday 20 and it turns out I had the most beautiful experience with them. I wrote them the minute I saw the reviews, not long after I got an answer from customer support. Still, so I wasn't really relieved. Around 10 am on Saturday 21, the concert's day I got my tickets. I was still afraid they were not for real, but at the venue, I had no problems using them. I'll definitely go back with them for my next tickets! Thank you very much Ticket Liquidator!

I purchased tickets from Liquidator for a concert. I should have trusted the reviews. I got to the event, tickets didn't work. The person with the real tickets to the event were already in the concert. I had to purchase real tickets at the ticket booth to get into the event. The only way to get a refund from Ticket Liquidator is to get a letter or an email in writing from the concert venue that the tickets were invalid. WHAT? I was supposed to ask the ticket counter person at the event to present me with something in writing to the reason they wouldn't take my tickets? Or, call after the concert and expect to be remembered out of the thousands of people there? Horrible customer service. I am out a lot of money. BUYER BEWARE! THIS COMPANY STEALS! Since I am not able to directly respond to Ticket Liquidator, I am adding to my review. If the tickets I purchased that went to my email were valid, I would have been allowed into the concert. I received the "tickets" and they were rejected by the venue. It they had not rejected the tickets, I would not be writing this review. I tried to contact the "seller" directly, they blocked my email address. Ticket Liquidator makes is very easy to be scammed and impossible to get your money back, as proven by this very response from them. Just read all the other horrendous reviews on the internet. BUYER BEWARE! THEY SELL FAKE TICKETS!!!!!!! Update: Ti key Liquidator refunded my money in full so I will change my rating from one star to 3 stars. Buy buyers still beware. The company did the right thing but I had to fight for it. When you make a purchase to see a concert you expect the tickets to be valid. Too many people are not being treated the right way the first time.

My daughter wanted to attend Mean Girls in New York City for her 14th birthday yesterday. Couldn't find good tickets anywhere as the show sells out extremely fast! Took a chance on Ticket Liquidator but had never used the site before so was alittle nervous. The ticket fees are high but the prices of third party tickets were actually cheaper than other sites including Ticketmaster so we purchased 4 tickets and tried out luck. The tickets arrived in plenty of time for our New York trip and the seats were exactly what were advertised. Couldn't have had a better experience. Contacted the seller to let them know how happy we were with the service also! Will definitely use Ticket Liquidator again soon!

I purchased my ticket over a month and half ago and the day before the concert I received an email that I needed to call for support. Apparently when you pay extra to have the ticket delivered electronically that is not what it means. I was told I need to download and app, create user ID's and passwords. I would recommend letting people know this maybe the day they buy the ticket instead of the night before. The rep was very nice and helpful. I am very frustrated, I used a work email (for updates about the concert) and do not have access to that other than at work. If I would have been told this before I would have used a different email that I can actually access from a cell phone not a computer. All I ask for is to let people know in advance.

We are going on holiday from the 3rd October until 7th october and purchased tickets for a baseball game. The date advertised was 5th October but time was to be decided. I received an email asking me to confirm the tickets which I did and a day later I have received an email the date has been rescheduled to the 8th when we are no longer in the city. After emailing customer services and asking if we can change the tickets for a different date we was told no and wouldnt be entitled to a refund and we could sell our tickets online. We are from the UK so selling tickets via a website is pretty awkward for a sale in USA. We have paid a lot of money for these tickets and the extortionate booking fees they add on per ticket is outrageous. So unhelpful and do not think of the customer whatsoever. My order number is 24797251. Although I gave a 1st review with a rating of 1 ticket liquidator have been so helpful in helping me find new tickets for a different game as I wasn't able to receive a refund. For all the help I've upped my review to a 4 star. Thank you for all the help
