Thrifty Rent-a-Car Tracking Order Status

Anmietung eines Autos 16.05. bis 17.05.2022 am Miami Airport bei Thrifty/Dollar. Alles super gelaufen. Keine lange Wartezeiten. Buchung über check24- auto europe in GER. Schöner Kia Soul, eigener Transponder für Maut darf benutz werden. Absolut empfehlenswert !!!

I booked a car hire in advance through Ryanair at Frankfurt International Airport & could not have been happier with the service provided at the Hertz desk there. A Ford Fiesta was quite adequate for a weekend visiting my student daughter in Gottingen & we had no problems at all. Collection & return to the airport was easy.

Picking up/returning the car in Frankfurt Airport was easier than ever. Why I give them 3 stars is the poor customer/after sales service. Before I got there, sent them a query to make sure there'll be no issue, NO RESPONSE! They have no SLA to response customer queries (actually the SLA is: "We will get back to you as soon as we can"), this is ridiculous nowadays. Then they claimed they have sent a request to my bank to release the deposit, however my bank did not receive anything from them. Other than this, I was either lucky or the previous reviewers were unlucky , but everything went smooth. Important, as per policy they accept only credit cards and passport, but I paid with an embossed debit card and used my ID.

Excellent! Totally recommended (Berlin-Mitte) Booked for 3 days in Berlin Mitte office that is in central location and easy to access. Thrifty belongs to Hertz, therefore for my surprise a few kilometers Cmax was waiting for us with a lot of space, extra clean, smelling as new. Reception girls was so nice and helpful, had some problems with my credit cards and she managed to find a solution(thank you for extra help). Return was easy as well and price unbeatable. Totally recommended

Billig war es, aber ich hatte noch nie so einen schlechten Service und so einen dreckigen Wagen gehabt! Abholung hat ca 1,5 stunden Schlangestehen gebraucht, da 8 Leute vor mir waren und nur 2 super langsame Mitarbeiter für uns da waren (die waren dann aber auch freundlich) (der 3. ist dann zum rauchen rausgegangen ....) Ich hatte den wagen nur für eine kurze Strecke gebraucht, daher war es egal - aber ich glaube die Federung oder Aufhängung der Vorderräder war kaputt!! Ganz zu schweigen von dem klebrigen und ekeligen Lenkrad, und dem total verdreckten Kofferraum. Kratzer waren überall am Wagen, und nur teilweise dokumentiert. es gibt bessere und fast gleich günstige Vermietungen - Thrifty ist auf jedenfall ein no-go!!!
