Perfect service, very helpful and professional handling of all matters. I had a truly great experience with Thrifty. Everything was handled quickly and with ease. The car was clean and in great condition. The service was excellent.

I rented from Thrifty on my trip to see my parents in Orlando, Florida. I picked up and dropped off the car without any issues. Excellent customer service! The team was professional, friendly and helpful. I was able to choose my mid SUV of my choice and loved my rental car. It was new Ford great zippy car with ability to link to all our iPhones, lots of charging ports and touch screen and Sirius. The car was in excellent condition it did not smell like cigarette just fresh. Vacuumed immaculately. Air conditioner worked so well! This was a 5 stars car rental experience with Thrifty!

Everything was very easy, online booking, pick-up, drop-off. All employees were very friendly. The car was much better than expected (compared to previously rented cars from other providers).

Thrifty's customer service as excellent service the Counter Personnel who helped me with my rental went Way and Beyond the Call of Duty as a Five-Star General in the Military. Due to His and Her Excellency, I command them to keep up the great work brought to the customer it, goes a long way when dealing with the public/client.

I recently rented a car from Thrifty Car Rental at the DFW Airport in Texas. I waited in line for over an hour to reach a teller to get my prepaid reserved car rental, a Nissan Encore. After the long wait, overall, I was very impressed with the service I received. However, I did run into a minor issue with a tire leak during my rental period. I was relieved to find out that my USAA insurance covered the cost of having the tire changed at my hotel. They did advise me not to drive on Texas Highways with the small donut spare since the speed limit can go up to 70 MPH, and the donut spare is only rated for up to 40 MPH. So, I decided to exchange my rental car. Unfortunately, there were no available replacements at DFW, but I was directed to Love Field Thrifty Car Rental, where the friendly staff quickly and professionally assisted me. They gave me a clean Rouge to continue my trip without any further issues. Except for the long wait, the tire leak, and the runaround to get a replacement, overall, I was generally satisfied with the service I received from Thrifty Car Rental.
