THREADBARE Tracking Order Status

The overall customer service was fine. I just don’t think that their algorithm understood me. In addition the quality of SOME of the clothes were subpar. I WILL wear 2 of the 7 items I was sent. I will donate the rest

Bought an item online which didn’t fit so set up a return process.Bought for £23.99 and it cost me £2.99 plus £4 taxes to return it.Absolute joke ended up with £7 out of pocket.Avoid unless your keeping the item

Poor customer service and returns process. To return an item the website asks you to create an account so you can print off a returns label but there is no way of creating an account!! They also charge £2.99 for returns. I kept the item in the end as less hassle.

Had to a return a order due to items not fitting ok I get having to pay a postage fee but not refund the other full amount then when I reached out no reply

Good experience - items arrived quickly and returns process good - fast response when they accidentally didn't refund one item. Shame about the return charge hence 4 not 5 stars. Would use again.
