Thompson Cigar Tracking Order Status

So far so good I’ve ordered from Thompson Cigars many times since I got turned on to cigars back in 2021, and so far I haven’t had a problem. I’ve tried two other services and this one seemed most legit. They have great 5 pack deals that I always go for. Freshness doesn’t seem to be an issue either, and my cigars have a nice even burn. But I am a novice, so take my words with a grain of salt. I have dealt with customer service back in Apr 2022 where I wanted to add to my order after I completed placing my order (to take advantage of discounts and free shipping) and they were prompt and accommodating. I haven’t had an order issue yet so I haven’t had to deal with negative customer service…knock on wood. Like I said…so far so good. Please don’t let me down

I haven't yet received my package, but the process has been smooth, great pricing and they emailed me back when I had a question. Will update when I get the packages.

Customer service has always been great but the cigars I guess from them are stale and I unfortunately do not get a good smoke no matter how much I have paid cigars. I’ve gotten from other companies have been a much higher quality. I’ve quit using their service

Buyer beware. Go to another online cigar company. I spent several hundred dollars on cigars for a wedding. Stale flaky, bands falling of cigars (Victor Sinclair) Poor quality control, why would you ship crap looking cigars? Customer service at times is good but, they have a hard time understanding customer problems. After many emails and phone calls Lorenzo understood what I was asking! I am still waiting for my refund on my credit card for the crap cigars I returned.

Delivery has always been quick and the cigars have always been fresh and in excellent condition. Never had a billing problem with them.
