I used to love this company and still use their original sleep spray daily. Around Christmas I bought their stress roll on and nothing came out so it was clearly defective. I sent them an email and in order for me to get a refund, I would have had to print something, pay for postage and then potentially be refunded. Of course I am ready to send it back but who has a printer these days. I can’t help but wonder if this process was built so people wouldn’t send things back as this is exactly what happened to me. Going somewhere, paying to print, going to the post office, paying postage myself, then waiting for a few weeks is not good customer experience. I have spent hundreds of pounds re buying the sleep spray but now I’m looking for alternatives due to this.

Amazing hand cream . I tested once in the shop and my hands was definitely softer just from one use of this cream . I bought it straight away and not regretted that . Smell is fabulous with calming effect also it’s absorbing so quickly very comfortable if need for quick drying cream I recommend this . Definitely will purchase again.
