Excellent customer service (and products too)! I purchased the wrong item and sent a message hoping I could make an exchange. Instead, I was told to keep the wrong product and a new shipment of the correct item would be mailed right out. I never expected that! What a great company!

I have purchased 2 of the thin optics reading glasses and they are perfect for travel or for your handbag as they take up such little space. They also look great I have had so many friends comment on them and purchase a pair. The customer service is also great. They come quickly (and I live in Australia) and I had one replaced no questions asked as a pin had dropped out.
