Thinkific Labs.Inc Tracking Order Status

I think this company has the worst communication and horrible customer service. Good luck getting help if you have a problem. I have a course that I can let my good clients take for free. I had to pay $997.00 out of my own pocket so my client could get access. There were supposed to be coupons, but they didn't work

I purchased an online Bible Study from Ascension Press, which partners with Thinkific, on 2/3/25. It states in the description that you get immediate access to the online content. It is now 2/9, and I have not been given access to it. I have emailed and left a voicemail with Ascension, and have yet to hear back from them. This is ridiculous, and unprofessional. Update: Ascension reached out to me on 2/10 and fixed it themselves. I still wonder what went wrong.

The low rating is 100% about your abysmal customer service. Either there is no quick (half day for eg.) reply or the reply is boilerplate for people just starting with T. I lost access to my site once for six days, the other time for two. Once you get past the "front desk" your actual experts are knowledgeable and great to work with.

Update: customer service on point
