Each of the 4 cat tags that I had engraved has very obvious spelling mistakes on it

Edit : I emailed the company to tell them how disappointed I was about the spelling mistakes on the cats’ tags and someone replied to me very quickly (the next day) asking for pictures of the products. I sent them some and I received an apology as well as an offer for either 4 new pet tags free of mistakes or a $30 credit for something else on their site. I chose 4 new pet tags. Hope the new tags will be as expected, but at least, it looks like someone does take complaints seriously. ————————————————————— I just received the 4 tags that I had engraved by them, one for each of my cats. I placed the order online, which means that I entered exactly what I wanted to appear on each tag directly in their system. You'd think that it wouldn't be possible for them to make spelling mistakes this way, but NO! The mention "Je suis PERDU"(for the male cats) and "Je suis PERDUE"(for the female cats) all came out engraved as "Je sius PERDU". On all 4 tags!!! I understand that not everyone is bilingual, but "Je suis perdu" means "I am lost", which is not a complicated sentence and probably common for an animal tag. Plus "Je suis" for "I am" is probably the first thing that anyone learns in any French class. And in any case, I had written it down correctly when I ordered. So, basically, the person who engraved these showed EXTREMELY POOR attention to detail! I'm just glad that I didn't order anything of higher value or importance than animal tags. I would never give something as a gift that had spelling mistakes in the engraving. I will go elsewhere next time!

Excellent customer service

I ordered a keychain for my husband’s birthday and through standard mail. And it was December so obviously Christmas season but I didn’t receive it for like 10days, i got in touch with customer service and they asked me to be patient at first but when I didn’t get it for 15 days, they made a new one and sent it by expedited shipping at their own cost. I received it within 2 days. I received the one by standard mail too. Though they didn’t come for the occasion they were ordered for but the company did try to make it up to me. I must say it is called great customer service.

Poor customer service

When we walked in, the employees did not greet us, they didn’t even pause their conversation. They continued to talk the whole time we were in the store and they weren’t doing any work. We walked around the for about 10 minutes and they never asked if we needed help. When we checked out she was not friendly at all she made it seemed like we were wasting her time.

I Ordered a Pen. It Was Awesome.

I ordered a pen. It was exactly what I expected. Love the website which demos the font and size so there's no guess work. The package arrived well advance of expected delivery date. The wrapping was beautiful and the note I requested was actually hand-written! A nice additional touch and more personal than a typed out message. Great purchase. Very happy.
