Excellent customer service The support was very helpful although it meant ending the wine glass subscription I'd bought for my partner. Given Fiona was honest, straightforward and prompt in her actions, I'm far more likely to return and try other products from the range at a later date than if she tried to persevere with a product that wasn't right for him. It's a shame this subscription wasn't a good fit, but I read all the reviews before buying it, so the wine list has a good range and is clearly a good bunch to do business with! Thank you Wine List!

Love the packaging, personal note as well as print communication! Received two Portuguese wines and AL Vinho was a great discovery.

I’m 5 months into my subscription and really enjoying the experience so far. A wonderful selection of wines and a great deal of information provided. I subscribe to the case edition which is a lot of wine, but means that every glass of wine I have at home is a real learning experience, plus there’s plenty for sharing/gifting. Each time I’ve contacted customer services they have been quick to respond and really helpful. Keep up the good work, guys.
