The Webster Tracking Order Status

I bought a shoe about half year ago and found they sent wrong size. I never wear them and it's new with all the box and bags. So I contacted the customer service and try to get an exchange or any possible solution. But the rep is really rude and only states it's out of return window then shuts the conversation. They sell luxury items but their service is crap. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Got package in 2 days no flaws no complaints

I purchased a pair of shoes that are supposed to be high quality. I had the shoes for about a week and they started coming apart. I contacted them about the issue a week after I received them and it's been six weeks and still no word from them. I tried calling them after the 1st call but no answer, i left messages and no one has gotbacktomeyet. I hope they are not trying to pass off knock off merchandise for authentic.

Do not buy from this company.Sent a return.No one was there to receive it. FedEx returned item to me. No one at the Webster customer service ever responds. Stay away from this company

I received a damaged Gucci wallet, returned it 2 days later, they confirmed the return and told me to wait 3-5 business days to get my refund. It’s been a month and still no refund. They have not responded to any of my emails.
