The vet shed team were exceptional in all ways. A product I had ordered was out of stock and within hours they had called and emailed to find out which way I would like to handle it. They gave me great options and my order was then dispatched within a day. Awesome customer service, have used these guys on and off over the years and now will be definitely more!!

I recently ordered some bird accessories and one of the items happened to show as 'in stock' when it wasn't. The Vet Shed team went out of their way to ensure I was kept up to date on when the out of stock item would arrive and I recieved all of my items in a timely manner. Pleased to say I was happy with the overall experience and I have some very happy birds!

I have been buying from this shop for a number of years now, their pet products are always fresh & clean, & well packed. Shipping is usually quick although this Xmas they are a little slow in getting my order sent. Highly recommended.
