The Ultimate Green Store Tracking Order Status

Three weeks ago, I purchased 2 sets of sheets from this store. Shortly after, I received an email from their customer telling me that one of the set that I bought was actually sold out. They asked if I wanted to pick a different color or if I wanted to order a different style. I asked if they had anything else similar to recommend and since then, no response. I have been completely ignored wether I tried reaching them (many times) via emails, phone calls, or filling the form on their site. This is not an acceptable way of treating customers. I will not do business with them again.

When I finally went to purchase a duvet cover that was on our wedding registry, The Ultimate Green Store was the only place that was still selling it in the color I wanted. I was so excited to find it because I thought it was discontinued! Due to COVID, the shipping of the duvet was delayed about three months. They (Jamie) reached out to let me know it would be delayed, inquiring whether I wanted to cancel or keep the order. I was A-OK waiting for it to get what I wanted, and they were extremely kind and prompt when I reached out for updates via email. It was shipped promptly once they received it. The duvet was absolutely worth the wait and a VERY high quality product. I am happy to have found this store this way. I strongly believe in their mission and will definitely purchase from them again!

I can't speak more highly of my customer service experience. Not only did the person helping me spend time thinking through the best storage solutions for me, but she even did extra research to figure out how I could make the sizing work with bins that I needed to make my new nursery look beautiful. She was so responsive and made sure to securely take my cc info. I cant speak more highly of my experience.
