I have been a customer of The Tot for several years now. I’ve purchased products for my kids, gifts and myself and even used their gift registry. That feature no longer exists, I can’t find it anywhere on their website anymore. I was disappointed with this service disappearing and not being notified but I placed an order in July based on my previous positive experiences. I am still waiting for this order. I reached out via email and was told they have an issue with the warehouse. I might need to cancel and request a refund. :( This is disappointing. The Tot was a favorite place to shop for safe kid’s products.

Novi with customer service was so helpful with my order. It’s running late due to nothing the company can control and we are in the middle of moving. I didn’t know if I should change my shipping address so I reached out. Novi responded in a timely manner and although the shipment date could not be determined, I was able to change my address and was also given 10% off of my order. Very pleased with customer service and The Tot!

Honestly, I’m such a patient person but this is ridiculous and the fact I’m not the only one having the SAME issue makes it apparent they have some kind of problem they aren’t sorting as a company. My husband ordered a baby rocker on April 8th, with an estimated delivery date of April 25th. That day came and went, no updates, no correspondence from them, nothing. So we reached out twice and got a response with a new ship date. Tracking never updated, ship date came and went, still nothing. We reach out again and this same cycle has repeated 3-4 times, offering a 10% discount we originally took hoping it might ship that time but they are now saying they HOPE it will ship by the week of 6/12. To top it off the product has completely vanished off their website so I’m not so sure I’ll ever receive it from them. The thing is, there’s kind of a timeline on having a baby I can only wait so long before just getting my money back and hoping I’ll get the product in time from another retailer. I see them blaming random shortages, or passing the buck onto other parts of the supply chain not only for my order but for many other complaints over the years. at some point a company has to take responsibility for their issues. Not sure if I plan to keep waiting or just give up and refund at this point. Even in the heat of Covid supply chain issues I’ve never experienced this much of a delay from anywhere.

Not only does The Tot have a beautiful collection of all things baby, but the customer service is incredibly responsive and helpful. We had a problem with an order being shipped and customer service had the problem resolved in no time. We will be happily placing many more orders with The Tot!

I received a sleep sack that had a faulty zipper. I reached out to customer service and they quickly responded with an offer to replace or refund the item. I requested a replacement. The replacement was then lost in the mail. I reached back out to customer service and they quickly resent another replacement. I have been very pleased with their customer service which can make or break a company, in my opinion.
