The Ticket Factory Tracking Order Status

Big thanks to Georgia at The Ticket Factory who kindly and calmly helped me access our tickets for the Lawn Tennis Association's Eastbourne Tennis tournament starting Monday 24 June.

Ordered x4 Olivia Rodrigo Tickets the day before the Gig and was apprehensive when booking as they mentioned printed tickets, as the venue had stated mobile tickets only. I called the box office to check and they said it was fine as there was a cut-off for mobile tickets, so printed or box office collections were accepted for tickets after this time. Once booked email came through immediately. I printed off the tickets and had no issues upon arrival. One happy family :-)

It was a breeze. Tickets came through the day before the show as it stated. No problem at all.

I used The Ticket Factory to book tickets for an RHS show. It took me a long time and a lot of faffing to get the process completed. I couldn’t log in with Facebook due to a system update, I then needed a new password. The temporary password expired almost immediately and I had to request another. Each time I went back to my order, the basket has emptied and I needed to start the process ago. When I finally came to pay, I had just three minutes to put my card details in. Luckily, details are saved in my system otherwise I assume I would have had to start again! Luckily the tickets I was buying are not time sensitive but it would be very stressful if they were. Not a great system but used as had no choice.
