The Rug Seller Tracking Order Status

Although I had to wait for a few weeks for the rug to arrive, as it was out of stock, the company kept me informed and also gave me the option to cancel and receive a refund. The rug is now here and is beautiful, lovely quality and the colours vibrant and I am so very pleased. The only problem was that the rug was rolled very tightly by the manufacturer and the inside end was quite creased and the edge curling up. I have weighed it down and it is getting better but I have no intention of sending it back! This is the only reason I gave it four stars.

Nothing special about the door mat for the price. I would never purchase from this company again, as it took 2 weeks to be delivered and very poor communication.
