Reformation Tracking Order Status

Reformation make easy to wear Summer clothes, the fabric is nice - I bought a summer dress. I feel you can definitely find similar styles on the market at a better price though!

I really liked the dress I ordered, but their customer service is extremely disorganized. I purchased two sizes of a dress to determine which was a better fit. When I went through the return process, my email with return instructions told me my return by date. I returned the dress a day before that date. I got an email that the dress was returned outside of the 30 day policy and I only qualified for store credit. I wrote back, explaining that my email instructions gave a different date to return the item by. The rep on the other end didn’t seem to understand what I was talking about and didn’t listen when I said I sent screenshots of the original email, it felt like I was talking to a bot or something. I sent the screenshots again and finally somebody looked at them and understood. They said I would receive a full refund in a week that would hit my bank in 5-10 days. 26 days later I still have not received a refund. I reached out to them about it again and was told they would issue it today but I won’t see it again for a week plus 5-10 business days. We’ll see if I get it then.

The same happened to me as Elena wrote. I had so much trust in this brand, because of their claims of sustainability and dresses look so nice on their website, so I didn't read the reviews here on Trustpilot. That was really a big mistake. I paid the dress nearly 300 € and they have sent damaged dress (the zipper is quilted with a thread). I wanted to return it, but they are charging me for this 80 €?????? I think this is not legal. How is it possible that they can charge a flawed product? 80€ for return, what, how, how can this be? Edit: I changed my review from 1 to 3, becuase Reformation customer service is really nice and they helped me a lot and I returned the dress with no issues and got all my money back. I want to aplogize to Reformation, and to Reformation staff and thank them for all the help. But I think that the dress I ordered is too expensive for the quality level. Maybe next time it will be better.

Really poor customer service. I liked the quality and fit of the products but not worth it for the way I’ve been dealt with by their team. They sent me the wrong size for a top, then refused to send me the correct size without giving a reason, even though the top was still available online in the correct size. They also expect me to pay out of pocket for return packaging. For such expensive products, I expected decent customer service and was very disappointed. UPDATE: Once I left another negative review, reformation reps provided me with a full refund. I’ll change my review from 1 star to 3 as I think they’ve properly rectified the situation, with a little prodding.

I truly cant understand these bad reviews, that's why i felt that I needed to write mye experience as well. Both the quality og the product (silk dress) and the fit was really good! I got my dress within two days and I live in Norway! I also found the return-process really easy.
