The Real Real Tracking Order Status

All good. However I‘d like to receive DHL parcel by option. But UPS is being used at RealReal for all shipments seem common practise.

The product came as it appeared and condition was as promised and diaplayed. Upon opening the bag it was littered with paper pieces, crumbs and various pieces of what I would call “wrappers”. Very disappointed that the item was not inspected and cleaned inside and out prior to delivery.

Bag was even in better condition than stated. Great price and promo offer. Quick deliVery. First time using the Real Real and definitely looking forward to making future purchases.

Overall I like TRR in comparison to other secondhand clothing websites, although purchasing items can be hit or miss. TRR has a good stock of brands that I want to try but are out of my price range when new. The search filters and sorting functions were useful and the suggested items based on the pieces I clicked on were good too. That being said, I would have liked to have more info about the pieces since you can’t try them on before you buy. For example, waist and other measurements for items labeled with xs/s/m/l/xl; and close-up photos of stains because it’s hard to know if notes like “minor residue on front” will be noticeable or not.
