The Range Tracking Order Status

Stunning little set - fits our narrow garden nicely and so comfortable. The only part you need to assemble was the table… only downside was waiting for order to be despatched … but all in all fabulous

Original order for self assembly garden furniture was delivered on time but one major element was defective. Customer service was good (20 minute wait to get through) and collection and re-delivery organised. Second delivery was delayed by a couple of days but this time all elements were functional. Packaging was in a bad way (not really suitable for the product) but items were undamaged. I have issues with product quality but this is a review about the retailer.

I have not received my order yet so I cannot write anything once it comes I will write review any update on when it will arrive

4 terracotta pots ordered (maximum allowed). Paid for next day delivery which they duly arrived. They looked really well packaged but upon closer inspection, 2 were put together with minimal protection between them and the inevitable happened - both pots were cracked along the full height of the pot rendering them unusable. Reported straight away online, hopefully they will be simply replaced.

Order process was simple and order arrived on time, but delivery took far to long. Order acepted on 30th April but wasn't delivered until 19th May. It took you till the 9th to dispatch it and then your courier took another 10 days to deliver.
