Therabody Tracking Order Status

My husband bought me theragun pro 4 generation for my birthday! I had it for 2 weeks n I love love it ❤️👍 worth money spent! I would like to get more accessories in future! Highly recommend !!!

I had purchased a PowerDot Duo system, and Therabody did not honor their Valentine’s Day sale that was listed on the product page. With their error, the sale ended before my purchase, yet they left the sale listed. Fair enough I guess. However, the sale didn’t allow me to add any promo codes to use, so I ended up paying full price. Their customer service team said they cannot retroactively apply another 10% off I could have used. On their error, I wasn’t honored any discounts, and on top of that I’ve never heard a customer service team say that they cannot issue a return back!

Waiting on third device to be sent back to me, and it's been almost a month for the warranty return. First device had issues with motor surges. Second device, bluetooth wasn't working. Followed procedures for warranty, and was told on 2/3/23 that the replacement was processed and I'd receive tracking info within the "next 24 business hours." Still no tracking as of 2/19. I've been told since 2/09 that Therabody is experiencing a "system outage." Ten days of system outage? I asked if they'd offer expedited shipping once they CAN ship my device, and they responded with a vague probably-not-type answer. Expensive device. I like it when it works, but it does me no good if I don't have it here.

RE: Order Number - SO777382 I am happy to update my post. Therabody has reviewed my concerns and will be replacing my Theragun Pro. Thank you for your assistance. Worked well but did not last! We purchased 10 Theragun Pros for our Staff last year. Everyone was happy with them. But just 11 months later, ours stopped charging after light usage. Customer service (Pablo, F & Jose, B) delayed the return process and did not replace, claiming the warranty period is 12 months. I recommend getting something less expensive since the company is not willing to stand by product performance.
