ThePharmacy Tracking Order Status

Ordered a product four months ago and it has not arrived and I fully expect it to never arrive judging by the 96% of one star ratings here on Trustpilot. No recourse to chase the company. Stay clear of this website. You’ve been warned.

This company deserves it's 1 star rating. They shorted my order, and neither respond to numerous emails or answer the phone. I wouldn't recommend them.

If I could give no stars, I would. Wouldn't reply to my email regarding the incorrect order sent to me. Taken full payment also.

Terrible and won't respond to emails. And now have disconnected their telephone line. An order for hand sanitiser.....delayed by one month. But when they did ship, they only supplied half of the order yet had already charged via PayPal the full amount. I have sent 6 seperate emails in the last 6 weeks, and tried to call via phone today.....only to get an answer that the number is not connected.

I received my Merchandise finally, everything was okay, except customer communication. Not order confirmation received, but the goods were Brand new in perfect condition. My kids are more than happy about Chicco Sit N Train.
