Theory Tracking Order Status

I had a delivery issue with my first order from Theory. I was initially very frustrated. But Theory was very responsive, empathetic and supportive to resolve the issue. It could be a bad first experience, but thanks to the amazing customer service, it became such a flipped experience. I like the quality of the clothes and the quality of the service. I think this experience will keep me being a loyal customer. I specially want to share my special thanks to Vania.

I ordered some trousers and a jacket - a suit! The trousers arrived and the jacket has still not turned up. I have paid for this outfit in full, still trying to get customer services to send a replacement - absolute nightmare especially as I need this for a wedding. Nice clothes but would not order from them again

my favorite brand. i don't know whay the rating is so low here.... i recently bought a blazer here and loved it so much. i just wish they have sale on all the colors haha, but maybe i am just wishing too much. anyway always my loving brand.

I used to buy a lot of Theory clothes when living in the US 20 years ago, always liked the sober design and no-frills approach. Then for a while they made clothes for skinny women only, and I am curvy. So now I just ordered quite a few sales items from the EU shop - shirts, a jacket and a dress - to try again. Within a week, all the items were delivered, they fit nicely, look great, the tissues are soft and pleasant. There is a 30 days return policy but I am keeping everything, even the dress that is a bit tight (still hoping I shall lose those 3 kilos by next summer).

I received an item that was slightly different from the picture on the website (different color buttons). When I wrote a review it was still not posted after four business days and after confirming my email. *Edit: the review did eventually get posted, after I wrote the above review.
