I have been looking for a pair of ray ban frames for a long time to put my own prescription lens in and they are all over a £100. But I came across the optic shop an I found a pair of ray bans wayfarer frames for under a £100 pounds.so I bought them straight away and got them delivered a few days later. They are perfect!.

Probably the worst customer experience I’ve received! Given the amount of money I’ve spent I am extremely disappointed! Edit - once a formal complaint was raised a manger dealt with it swiftly and professionally. The glasses are good quality as you’d expect.
