Checked the status of the purchased item: it had not even been shipped (after a 2.5 month wait) and I was not notified. Therefore requested a refund: waited 1 month to only be told that the supervisor has been informed about the request. Still no update. Yes the jewellery looks solid, however, I still advise anyone who is on the fence to purchase else where. This is not a serious company, do not waste your time.

To be of Gold Vermile, the quality of the band seems very durable. I typically buy rings from local jewelry stores, but I thought the heart and roses would be a sweet reminder of the grandmother who’s initial I decided to get. I do wish the engraving was a bit more engraved but overall it’s a well polished piece for the quality.
