Joy Otte made our experience from day one of booking so smoothly, stress free. Such a wonderful experience working with her. From booking the hotel, transportation, etc. Always Niseko is the place we stayed. Very affordable, clean, quiet, very friendly staff, great shuttle service from and to hotel, delicious breakfast buffet, happy hour at the bar as well as delicious ramen menu. Looking forward to booking another vacation to Niseko in the near future and definitely hundred percent recommend working with Joy. Very responsive, straight to the point and goes the extra miles to help accordingly.

We had a fantastic stay at Fenix West in Furano. The staff could not have been more helpful with local information and restaurant reservations, as well as running us to local restaurants. All the staff were great, but special shout out to Jess, Katie and Felicitas.

We had an amazing time at our stay in AYA Niseko. It's our 2nd time at AYA but a first through Luxe Nomad and we are beyond happy with the service Jan has provided! From day 1 until the last, he was consistently there, replies fast, very helpful with restaurant listings, even offered to book ski reservations and all. I do intend on going back, and no doubt will reach out to Luxe in the future!
