The Kooples Tracking Order Status

I had an issue with a dress I'd bought from Carnaby Street. I contacted customer service and had a reply back from Maya in 24 hours. I was asked to send the dress to Paris and within 2 weeks had a full refund including the postage. I did panic after reading reviews on here but have no complaints, Maya was very helpful.

Hallo, ich kann die ganzen negativen Bewertungen absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Ich habe per Kreditkarte bezahlt und das Geld war innerhalb 2 Tagen bereits wieder auf der Kreditkarte erstattet.

Appreciate their focus on sustainable and ethical production practices .I’ve had some experiences ordering direct from the Kooples. Honestly it’s one of the better ones I’ve had purchasing direct. Decent quality clothing too. Delivery was alright aswell.

i went into the kooples at selfridges in the bull ring and initially tried on the new rhinestone blazer. I then returned to buy the trousers with my sister. The service was impeccable and the staff are incredible. So much so, my mother went back today to buy the jacket so i could wear it on my birthday and the woman remembered me and said happy birthday even though i wasnt even with her. I highly recommend the Kooples in the Bull Ring in Birmingham. The customer service is absolutely incredible and i will definitely be returning!!

MAJ Un conseiller beaucoup plus compétent que les autres a réussi à effectuer mon remboursement rapidement. Mon avis sur la politique de l'entreprise reste inchangée mais pour les efforts faits j'augmente ma note. Retour reçu à l'entrepôt il y a maintenant plus de 14 jours sans remboursement, sans suivi, service client injoignable et qui lache des ( vu) sur Instagram, une des pires expériences d'achat en ligne possible. Un mépris total de la législation ... attention à fuir. Vu les prix on espère un service de qualité et bien non, même le plus minable des sites internet ne traite pas les clients comme ça !!! J'invite tous les consommateurs lésés à effectuer des signalements à la répression des fraudes .
