The Kid Collective Tracking Order Status

Ordered several times and always been quick to deliver, well packaged with a fun note and discount for next time… great advertising normally gets me to reorder something else and now my 2.5yr old recognises the boxes as toys 😂 Busy bag was an order when they first came out, we got the fairy one and she loved it, we now use the bag a lot for trips out! I love all the sales they have and finding new toy brands that I haven’t seen before. One of my fav companies online and I shop A LOT 😂📦

I made a decent sized order and received it very quickly and it was packaged brilliantly. I honestly loved that not a single part of my order was plastic it was all recyclable which was lovely. I had a slight order with one piece of my order and they got in touch in a reasonable amount of time and contacted the company who made the set and arranged a replacement piece so that there wasn't a whole toy deemed faulty which I really loved and thought was a great idea. I'm currently waiting on the replacement piece but honestly had a great experience so far and would use them again. Everything I ordered was as expected. I would recommend using this company. I will certainly be ordering again in the future.

What a wonderful, and personal, experience at TKC!! We ordered a couple of items for our daughter's 2nd birthday and they were on our doorstep two days later with a sweet note from TKC valuing our custom. I know it's not a lot but it really made me smile. Perfect!!

TKC have an excellent customer service ethic. I had a slight problem with an order and was given a full refund within hours, brilliant!. Will definitely shop with them again.
