The James Brand Tracking Order Status

I bought the Ellis because of the knife and scissors. Unfortunately the clip on the knife is very cheap, it bends really easily and can’t be replaced. Eventually the knife wouldn’t stay on my pocket anymore. Also I wrote a review on the site and they deleted it, which leads me to believe that they are artificially teasing the ratings.

Dishonest advertising in combination with Huckberry to sell products that they do not have in stock. James Brand items I have purchased are poor quality and fragile which eliminates any chance to return. I unfortunately have purchased several items before I learned the truth about the quality versus the marketing,

Bought two knives for my first purchase. First off they didn’t apply their promotion discount correctly and over charged me and then the delivery time was much longer then anticipated. The European customer service was slow to respond. I had follow up queues around the size of the torx screw to switch out the clip for a lanyard on one of the knifes and CS Europe didn’t know the size. Eventually I bough 2 brand new torx screwdrivers which stripped immediately without even removing the screw. Now I have a knife with a wobbly clip that won’t loosen or tighten having spend £20 on torx screwdrivers and £25 on the ulu lanyard. Again customer service this time in both Europe and USA slow to respond. The knifes aren’t cheap so expected better service and knowledge and the knife with the wobbly club is really unappealing to carry. Pretty disappointed with the product and experience
