HIP Tracking Order Status

Multiple orders on their website and app did not send a confirmation email or show on my account. Then multiple orders cancelled due to not having the stock advertised, as they weren't on my account I can't see the tracking so I just had to wait and see if i got a dispatch or cancelled email. Emailed for help on a order not showing and never got a reply, probably because it was cancelled before they got to it. Called about it as at least they answered the phone, though there was no fixing the problem as I was just told my order number and to wait for delivery update information to be emailed. I was told on the phone my order was confirmed and being prepared but this was then cancelled later on. They did send a generic email with a 10% off code apologising for the issues with orders, so I guess it was affecting a lot of people. I already have 10% work related discount and this other 10% code doesn't stack, so it is worthless to me. The app keeps sending me push messages about things I've apprently looked at but doesn't take me back to the item so I think they're generic spam messages to get you back on the app. The item on sale I was trying to order but kept getting cancelled after it kept showing as back in stock is now showing as back in stock yet again but they have increase the on sale price.. I don't think I want to now pay £20 more for the same item and still be left wondering if I have a successful order or if I'm going to get refunded randomly. They get two stars because one order did turn up, refunds to PayPal were instant and someone did answer the phone.
