Halara DE Tracking Order Status

Ordered 3 items. They all don t fit well unfortunately. But to send them back I have to take 3 pictures of each item while wearing it. Seems like unnecessary friction for customers making it hard to return thins

I love the quality of their products. From sports wear to jeans. But I do find that their returns policy is very difficult. I'd rather return what isn't suitable than try to offer it to someone else. But you can get a refund or gift voucher as an alternative.

I absolutely love that you guys are amazing very responsive with the support team and all the clothes are such high-quality with amazing prices. I would 100% recommend this brand to everyone.

All the items I ordered were absolutely gorgeous. They fit perfectly, the material is comfortable, and I had personally ordered some items in the tall option and it was genuinely an incredible feeling to find clothes and pants that touch my feet!! Thank you!

Sizes are inconsistent even buying similar items like 2 slightly different leggings one will fit the next doesn’t. Then the returns are difficult and slow and you get whatever the person makes up for a credit unless you want to pay to return something that didn’t fit because their size chart is accurate for only half the clothes. The sales are so random 3 of these are $59 or buy 2 or these get one free but nothing good are in the same sale grouping so you don’t end up with any of the 13 discounts going at any one time. Just do a normal sale like 25% off all, or bogo everything not a different sale for every random group of 20 items
