The exact same experience happened to me as the other person. I placed an order thinking I was going to have next day shipping. Per their website: "Orders placed by 4:00pm your local time on any business day ship that day for next business day delivery. Orders received after 4:00pm or on weekends ship next business day for delivery the following business day." I placed my order on a Wednesday at 1:00pm my time. Didn't receive any email stating that my order was shipped. I email them on Friday asking what is the status of my order is cause they took my money out of my account. They didn't responded. I still didn't have an update that following Monday with no update on my order but "Complete" on the account. I emailed them again asking why haven't they shipped my order. They did respond. I even tried calling and their number is out of service. It is now Wednesday the following week and still not one respose from them about anything. I called my bank to start a fraud claim and emailed them to cancel my order. Let's see what happens next. If the green office reads this. Get better customer service and/or update your website to state that you don't do next day shipping.

Have been using The Green Office for years, no problem, then placed our usual order in December. They took payment, but never sent our order. I've tried contacting them repeatedly via email, fax, phone - no response whatsoever. When I logged into our account a few days after placing the order, the invoice was marked "paid" with order status marked "complete". A week later the order status was marked "processing", and still is. It looks like they stole our money. We will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau.
