The Great Divide Tracking Order Status

I placed my 1st order and was unable to apply the discount. I sent over images of this and asked they refunded the difference seeing as their discount code didn't work and the response I got was 'cant apply discount once order placed' and they have 'set me up on newsletter so I can use code for another purchase' That's really their solution is, you spent money and couldn't use our discount so spend more money and you can then. I responded 6 days ago to advise this is not a good solution for a 1st time buyer and would like this treated as a complaint. I have had no response and essentially being ignored. I should of read the reviews before placing an order. I'm getting the impression the staff haven't had much experience, are winging it and probably a bunch of mates who think the products alone will sustain this business. The only reason they get 2 star as delivered promptly.

I had a delivery problem with an order I had to return from Germany to the UK, but the shop was very quick to help me get the parcel to the right address as quickly as possible, for which I am very grateful

I was concerned by the negative reviews on here and so I called up to make sure they had the item I wanted in stock. Asher was really incredibly helpful and even upgraded me to a courier service because of the Royal Mail strike about to happen. He personally checked stock and dispatched from the warehouse and it arrived the next day. Great experience - well done Asher! And many thanks Great Divide

There’s always something to catch the eye and if you subscribe to the newsletter you’ll be notified when there is a sale. Email support is swift and responsive, delivery of goods was quick and not over packaged, as is often seen these days. Love this site.

Very helpful with all the questions I asked prior to buying! Unfortunately the item was out of stock but the team contacted me within 24h and offered a exchange. Got my item within 48hours. Love the shoes!
