The Good Guys Tracking Order Status

Extremely poor customer service on GoldService extras when I tried to claim a repair. I used to only shop at the Good Guys because the extended warranty provided through Concierge was so good. It now seems they have outsourced this service and added a whole heap of bells and whistles at the expense of actual service. I wanted a simple repair or replace on a Vacuum Cleaner and it has been 3 weeks of constant follow up and being sent from one call centre to another with no-one willing to take ownership of the case. I am still not sure if I am ever going to get it repaired.

The best customer service I've ever had! My old washing machine died on Saturday. I ordered a new one from The Good Guys online on Sunday and it was delivered, installed and ready to use within 24 hours at a good price! The whole process could not have been easier. Paperwork all accurate and transparent. Tracking was accurate, the drivers were on time, courteous and efficient and actually did more than they'd been asked to do. I'm assuming the delivery was from the Marion store, where I've always had good face to face experiences in the past, but this time I didn't even have to leave the house. One happy customer!

We went to Good Guys Kotara, NSW today - Heath and Allira both far exceeded our expectations. They were helpful, patient, informative and of course, made the whole transactions much more affordable with their generous discretionary discount (even though there was an EOFY sale already on). We have been to Good Guys many times, and have always felt looked after. Thank you, and we will be back

I recently visited the good guys in moore park and service was outstanding. Peter helped us and was extremely knowlewdgeable around all areas. If you are in Sydney and looking for appliances do yourself a favour and go to this store- ask for Peter.

Bought a new TV online. Needed a little help with the cart and they were really friendly, polite and professional on the phone. The TV arrive fast and was easy to set up, with great quality of sound and picture. Great software too. No issues - a great deal. The two delivery guys were also totally professional and very friendly. All round a very good high quality experience from The Good Guys. They also recently fixed our wahing machine on warranty - PERFECT!
