The Gold Gods customer service and response time was excellent, I sent a e-mail on Sunday night regarding the size of my bracelet and that it was to big. I received a response first thing Monday morning stating that I send it back and they would send me a new (7.5"Bracelet) I received my new bracelet the following Tuesday. I would highly recommend the gold gods and continue to refer them to others.

First interaction with Gold Godz. Product was great quality but even more impressive was the support team. Jed and Alan were WONDERFUL in their services. Both were quick in responding, communicated very well, were courteous, and actually got the situation resolved. Very impressed with the product and company but specially that support team of Jed and Alan! 5 stars. Will return!

I recently had an issue with a bracelet I ordered for my girlfriend’s birthday—it came in too small. I reached out to their team, and while it took some time and a few back-and-forths, they ultimately resolved the issue and made it right. I appreciate that they worked with me to find a solution and showed that they value their longtime customers. In the end, my girlfriend was happy, and I’m grateful they stood behind their product. I’ll definitely continue to shop with them.
