The Gift Experience Tracking Order Status

This is the first time I have used ‘The Gift Experience.’ I came across the website while searching for a personalised gift for my grandson’s 21st birthday. There were plenty of interesting and unusual options and I was delighted to finally find the perfect gift. This was a Genuine Original Newspapers with Personalised Certificate. Unfortunately, there were a number of issues in the order and printing process. However, the response and support from all the staff I had contact with was superb. They were very professional and kept in regular contact via email and phone. Eventually, all problems were addressed and the gift arrived on time in its stylish presentation box. In spite of a bumpy start, I would recommend The Gift Experience as the quality of the gift was as expected and the staff were quick to address and rectify the problems encountered.

My experience this time matches exactly the excellent experience that was afforded me in earlier years. What a surprise when item was delivered today. You really have pulled out all stops to permit us to present gift to my cousin on her actual birthday. Great work!

Fabulous. Ordered an engraved tankard which arrived in a few days, despite Royal Mail. A lovely weight and extremely pleased. Highly recommended. Well packaged and a Christmas gift which will be appreciated. Communication excellent throughout.

I have used gift experience shop to buy gifts and presents. They deliver on time and gifts and presents are of high quality. When I want to amend order etc. they always take time to listen. Dodge Kiunyu
