I purchased a Violin from this company about a week ago as of writing this review. The Violin itself I ended up returning soon after it arrived due to a minor problem with the strings that I was unable to resolve myself personally and when I did start my returns process I was dealt with via email by a member of staff named Harry. This individual made sure that I understood all the necessary information before I was sure that I wanted to follow through with my request to return my Violin. As of writing this I am still awaiting my refunded money. Bearing in mind I only paid £60 for my Violin, it came in a case that and been marked up muddy so how and the box had cracked open on its way to me, so it loses a point because of these issues but it’s nothing much. Overall, I give it a good solid 7/10
