Good selection of shaving products and quick delivery however their reviews are not to be trusted. I added a couple of reviews for products I felt were disappointing and they've failed to show up on the site. All reviews are subject to moderation and I suspect they filter out reviews that aren't positive.

A year ago I bought the Merkur 23C DE razor from them online, and last week I found I was unable to screw the top on after changing the blade. I emailed and someone called Joe replied asking for pictures, worked out what was wrong, and sent me a replacement part for free which arrived in the post the next day. I was so impressed by their fantastic customer service and will definitely shop from the company in the future.

I decided to give up on disposable lady razors. No idea what to buy, far too much choice on Amazon. Came across the English Shaving Co website which gave me great advice. Ordered the Merkur 23C DE Razor with a couple of different razor blade packs. My purchases arrived in quick time, perfectly packaged with a little complimentary pot of shave cream. I have used the razor on my legs and am pleased with the results.
