The DOM Tracking Order Status

I purchased a pair of Jo Mercer sandals and paid $9+ postage. I've purchased Jo Mercer previously and I'm usually a size 40. Unfortunately the sandals were too big. I arranged to return them. I was informed Jo Mercer has a refund policy which doesn't cover shipping. The return shipping cost me $18! I recieved a refund minus the original shipping charges. In all I'm nearly $30 out of a pocket. Please beware of purchasing Jo Mercer items, you have to pay for the return of item which due to the large box and packaging will be twice as much as the original delivery charges. I will not be purchasing from the Dom or from Jo Mercer online again.

Wow what appalling customer service, beware if items are severely reduced its most like coz its faulty and sizing is all wrong. Bought a jumper, quality is good but the make and sizing is not, just realised it has a minor hole in it also, attempted to reason with customer service for return and refund, they refused, do not buy from this seller, shop elsewhere. Just received an email from this seller stating a free return label for refund but did not receive. still waiting for return label, careful starting to appear like a scam.

Still haven't been in contact since my last review. Provided the information they required 1 hour after they commented. Update: I'll up this review as they have reached out today and provided my refund to my CC, but this should have been an option from the beginning without having to post these reviews.
