AVOID AVOID AVOID THEM Poor customer care. Poor delivery service, after a decade of business. Says delivered but was not left in a safe space or drop box... When I asked for a replacement I was told no. Scam artists. For all I know the delivery person stole it, as I went to check minutes after the doorbell rang and my office overlooks the front door right at the window. Maybe change of management. Hopefully they go out of business soon and an organization with integrity and loyalty replaces them. I'll make sure you let people know to not waste their time or money there.

While I quite like the philosophy of the company in terms of selling safe products without harmful chemicals, I have noticed that they never publish me reviews saying anything negative about products. My positive reviews tend to be posted without issue, but none of my negative reviews ever get posted. I have written to them about this and they obfuscate what is actually happening. What’s the point of reviews if not to provide all the reviews? Theirs are clearly curated to favour the products they carry which is a super shady and disreputable practice. I no longer trust any of the reviews on their site as a result.

Love their products, a little too expensive for what you get but great quality products!
